My spore adventure!

Hi everyone! This is a short post about my fun time in Spore! That's a cool game where you get to make cool little guys that walk around and eat and grow, if you didn't know.

Robot Adventure: Part 1

Hi everyone! You'll all be amazed to hear, I finally made a robot! (With my dad...).

I've always wanted to make a little buggy bot that goes around the house doing stuff.. so.. here he is!! Sorta...

He's got a long way to go. My dad says we have to start simple, or it'll never get done... I still think it needs lasers first. How else will it fight the evil dust bunny empire???

Thank you so much for being at maker faire! I had a very cool time there, and you were a big part of it. I love making art, but I had no idea you could do so much to a car!! I've never seen an art car like that before.. or very many art cars ever.

Thank you for coming to maker faire, I was so glad to meet you! I used to watch your weekend project videos from make, and from there I saw the other really cool stuff you did! I had no idea the maker bot stuff was so cool!! Thanks for giving me the little Star wars trooper guy helmet...

Maybe someday I'll get to make my own Makerbot, and then I can make dolls, and rockets and gears and other fun platicky stuff! Until then I'll just have to put my brother's toys in my easy bake oven ;)

It was awesome to actually meet you in person! I've seen a bunch of your videos for make TV. It's so cool the stuff you get to make! I haven't had a chance to make any of the things you've shown, but I can't wait until I can! I like the t-shirt cannon best so far. I also really really liked the little train typer thing you did. I wish i had one in my house, then i could send messages to my sister using a little train track.

Thank you for meeting me and my Mom. We had a great time making those paper bead necklaces at the Maker Faire with you. You are so nice! i really wanted to get a subscription to the magazine, but I heard it wasn't going to be made anymore, except for online. this made me and my mom kinda sad, but at least we know we can still do fun craft stuff there.

Thank you for coming to Maker Faire! And thank you for the awesome show. I wasn't able to get very close, but my dad held me on his shoulders so I could see. I think if I was any closer, I would have gotten wet from the soda, so I guess it's for the best.
