Alright, not to make an overly big deal out of this, but after a casual comment on an excellent Mythbusters interview over on Popular Mechanics, and a tweet over to it's author, the fabulous Erin McCarthy, she actually replied to me. Not only that, she then proceeded to offer me the guest edited Mythbusters issue I'd missed. No freakin' way!
Do you know any other Hearst owned 1.2 Mil.+ circulation full glossy publication where the assistant editor will sweetly tweet back and simply send you a previous issue, no cost? Do you?!
Hats off to Popular Mechanics Assistant Editor, Erin McCarthy, and the whole team over at PM for pure professionalism in, what it seems, all they do. Not to mention, they seem to have good taste in both assistant, and guest editors.
